Board of Trustees Rescinds COVID-19 Policy Regarding Campus Access

12th February 2022

The University community is advised that the Board of Trustees has rescinded the policy requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result to enter UB campuses and facilities. Therefore, effective immediately, proof of vaccination or a negative test result is no longer needed for campus access.

Please be reminded that all other COVID-19 protocols remain in effect and will be strictly enforced. These include physical distancing, the proper wearing of masks, and hand sanitization.

The Board reserves the right to return to the previous policy of testing should the need arise.
