November 10th, 2022 is the sixth anniversary of the charter of University of The Bahamas (UB) whose mission is inextricably linked to the progressive national development of The Bahamas. In observance of this distinctive milestone, our University community is celebrating November as UB Charter Month. The theme is “One UB – Nation Building”. It is a resounding call to action that also pays homage to the institution’s honourable legacy built on the foundation of its antecedent, the College of The Bahamas.
During UB Charter Month, we are honouring the mission and mandate of the university. We are also elevating the conversations and connections to advance the transformative impact of higher learning. We invite our faculty, staff, students, alumni, partners, friends, stakeholders and the wider public to participate in the events, activities and public demonstrations of support for UB.
