4 September – Last day for disbursement of Bahamas Tertiary Grants and adjustments for Late registrants.

9 September – Last day to pay for Fall Semester for New students and Late registrants.

9 September – Enrollment and initial installment for deferred payment plan ends for the Fall Semester for New and Late Returning students – Online Only (by 11:59 pm).

10 September – Final de-registration process of all unpaid students begins.

10 September – Late Payment fee charged/applied for unpaid students not de-registered (if not previously charged).

10 September – Course Code Distribution begins following the completion of final de-registration.

11 September – Financial Aid adjustments to Course Code Distributions begins.

11 September – Distribution of Student Verification Letters and Forms for Fall 2026 (Via email only) begins.

14 September – Work Study Programme begins for Eligible Students Only.

25 September – Deadline for Admissions Application for Spring 2027.

1 October – Open House / Recruitment.

5 – 7 October – Mid-semester examinations.

13 – 22 October – Mid-semester examinations.

8 – 11 October – Mid-semester break.

12 October – National Heroes Day (University Closed).

23 – 24 October – University Placement Examinations.

30 – 31 October – University Placement Examinations.

30 October – Last day to withdraw without academic penalty – Online Only
