1 July – Enrollment and initial instalment for deferred payment plan begins for the Fall Semester for returning students – Online Only.

1 July – Disbursement for the Bahamas Government Tertiary Grant begins for returning and new students.

24 July – Disbursement for the Bahamas Government Tertiary Grant ends for returning students only.

24 July – Early Registration ends for returning students.

3 August – Holiday – Emancipation Day (University Closed).

11 August – Enrollment and initial installment for deferred payment plan ends for the Fall Semester for Returning students – Online Only

11 August – Last day to pay for Returning students (via in-person at Cashier’s cage during operating hours or Banner Self-Service by 11:59 p.m.)

12 August – Deregistration Process Begins for Returning students with balances above $303.00 (includes students with past due payment plan installments).

12 August– Late Payment Fee Added for Returning students with outstanding balances $303.00 and below.

13 August – Parents Evening – UB North.

14 August – Parents Evening – UB Oakes Field.

17 August – Mingoes Orientation & Welcome – UB Oakes Field.
