FALL 2019 Bill Payment for Returning Students
8th May 2019
Students are reminded that registration for Fall 2019, for returning students, begins on Wednesday, 15th May 2019.
Ministry of Education Scholarships, Bursaries and Grants
Authorized personnel at the Ministry of Education now have access to students’ transcripts in order to make decisions regarding disbursements.
- Effective immediately, students who are recipients of the Ministry’s bursary, teacher education grants and those receiving two-third payments are no longer required to collect transcripts from the Records/Registrar’s Office. This will apply only for those students who have signed the Third Party Consent Form. The Ministry will submit disbursement information to the Business Office regarding each recipient/student which will be posted directly to the respective accounts.
- Students, who have not signed the Consent Form must submit the completed forms to the Ministry of Education’s Office on the 3rd floor of the Portia M. Smith Building at UB’s Oakes Field Campus.
- Once the disbursements have been applied, students with outstanding balances will be required to pay in full by the required deadline. (Please refer to the Academic Calendar.)
- The balance may be paid either by cash, online (via valid debit card, or valid Visa or Mastercard credit cards) or through the online Deferred Payment Plan. For more information, please contact Ministry of Education – Bursary at 302-4447 or firstname.lastname@example.org
