Mr. Patrick McFall is a Certified Public Accountant with more than three decades of financial leadership experience across the banking, private enterprise, and nonprofit sectors, spanning The Bahamas and the US.

As Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Mr McFall ensures the University’s fiscal integrity through transparent reporting, internal controls, collaborative budgeting, and audit compliance as well as oversees institutional facilities and infrastructure. His leadership and oversight support sustainable resource stewardship and institutional effectiveness.

Mr. McFall’s career includes senior roles with Commonwealth Bank (as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer), Bank of The Bahamas (Chief Credit Risk Officer and Chief Internal Officer), and the Progressive National Baptist Convention (Financial Controller), based in Washington DC. He is also the founder of Money Managers Co. Ltd. His professional background encompasses governance, risk management, auditing, and financial strategy.

Contributing to a culture of accountability and operational efficiency, he leads the University’s budgeting in collaboration with academic and administrative units. He also oversees financial reporting and audit readiness, and ensures stewardship of physical infrastructure across UB’s facilities in New Providence, Grand Bahama and San Salvador.

He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Acadia University, Nova Scotia, Canada, and an Associate’s Degree in Management from the former College of The Bahamas and holds other professional certifications.
