Please be advised that as a result of the circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, University of The Bahamas has amended certain policies, procedures and timelines.
Further, guided by the Government’s Measured Plan for Re-Opening the Economy, there will be ONE Summer Session ONLY for 2020.

Classes begin (except for Nursing and Allied Health Professions) | Monday, June 15th |
Classes begin Nursing internships only | This date will be determined when Ministry of Health resumes access to clinical sites. |
Registration – Drop/Add only – online | Tuesday, June 16th |
Registration – Course extensions & DIS only (Students must contact Registrar’s Office viaregistrar@ub.edu.bs) | Wednesday, June 17th – Thursday, June 18th |
Last day to withdraw without academic penalty | Thursday, July 9th |
HOLIDAY – Independence Day (University Closed) | Friday, July 10th |
Classes end | Sunday, July 26th |
Final examinations | Tuesday, July 28th – Wednesday, July 29th |
Deadline for final grades due at Registrar’s office | Monday, August 3rd |
