Applying For Incomplete (I) Grades

Please be advised that the current Policy on Incomplete Grades allows, with date modification, that a student who has a passing grade a ‘C’ grade or higher for coursework up to 13th March, may at the discretion of the instructor, apply for an Incomplete (‘I’) grade effective immediately and until Friday, 17th April 2020.
Please note that students applying for this grade must communicate with their course instructor and submit a completed Incomplete Contract Request Form to the Office of Academic Affairs via firstname.lastname@example.org. Academic Affairs will then confirm the instructor’s approval, ensure that the form is processed and subsequently notify the student.
Under the current circumstances, an ‘I’ grade may be offered for students with a minimum passing grade of ‘C’ in the following categories: –
- Students whose extenuating circumstances prevent him/her from completing the remainder of the coursework prior to the submission of final grades;
- Students who have limited or no access to technology, the Internet, computer systems or mobile devices;
- Residents of the Family Islands who have returned home.
